NOTE: These are only rough delivery time, in some cases allow extra 1-2 days for unexpected delays.  (Locations such as NT and WA may take longer)

*Orders placed before 2pm AEDT are packed and shipped the same business day (unless under rare circumstances there is a delay in your order. If this does occur, a customer service representative will send you a notification email to update you on your order status). Orders placed after 2pm AEDT are packed and shipped the next business day. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

 

Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched via Australia Post or Fast Way. All eParcels require signature upon delivery. If no one is present to accept the parcel, check your mailbox for a note from the courier with details on how to collect your package from your nearest postal outlet. NOTE: To ensure a smooth and quick process, please ensure that you correctly fill in your shipping address details. If your suburb and/or postcode do not match on the Australian Post database, we will need to contact you to confirm your details, delaying dispatch.

We do not accept responsibility for any delays due to the shipping provider. However we will help you get your package as fast as possible.

Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held at our warehouse until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out seperately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

We use DHL Express Worldwide for all international orders. Please note that we do not ship to PO BOX ADDRESS! 

Delivery Time
Shipping may be extended due to many factors beyond our, and DHL’s control, such as – customs, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, and delivery to outside metro areas. Orders made on business days before 2pm (AEDT) will be packed and sent the same day, unless there is a delay with your order. Orders placed after 2pm (AEDT) will be packed and sent the next business day.

Delivery Cost
All international delivery costs are written in Australian Dollars ($AUD). You will be charged the Australian cost of shipping, the price will be converted to your countries currency when you are charged with your order.

Tracking Your International Order
DHL Express Worldwide allows you to track your international order. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Most countries will require signature upon delivery. Lost Packages
Dolly Girl does not accept liability for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses.
Note: Signature is required on all domestic and international orders, we don’t accept authority to leave on shipping due to past misadventures.
