Shipping policy

Sale periods: Due to the volume of orders please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience in the meantime.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS -

Receive FREE EXPRESS shipping on Australian orders over $150*!

Most orders to metro areas are delivered within 1-5 business days (may be longer for regional/rural areas) however please keep in mind that we have no control over the delivery times of the parcels once they have been collected by the shipping company.

During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our courier and can vary depending on your location/external factors. 

*Orders placed before 12pm local Sydney time from Monday-Thursday are packed and shipped on the same business day, orders placed after 12pm local Sydney time are packed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not dispatch on Friday-Sunday or public holidays, if your order is placed on Friday-Sunday or public holiday it will be shipped the following business day. We do our best to process your order on time unless under rare circumstances there is a delay in your order. If this does occur, a customer service representative will send you a notification email to update you on your order status.    

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

NOTE: To prevent any postal delays, please ensure that you correctly fill in your shipping address details. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address may incur additional costs. 

Once your order has left our premise, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Dolly Girl Fashion is not responsible for any delays/losses caused by the shipping provider. Please note that the shipping guide is only an estimation - there may be some delays in having your order shipped out during high-volume or sale periods. 

 

CREDIT NOTES 

  • Credit notes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Credit notes cannot be used towards the shipping fee.
  • Free EXPRESS shipping is only applied if your order is payable at checkout for $150 after applying discounts, credit notes and any special codes (if you make an order and pay less than $150 after applying a credit note code, then a shipping cost will apply because your order is less than $150).
  • We are unable to apply any discount codes or credit note codes to an order once it has been placed.
  • Online credit notes can only be used online and not in-stores and vice versa.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS 

  • Online gift vouchers can only be redeemed online, not in-stores.
  • Gift vouchers issued in-stores can only be redeemed in-stores, not online.

 

CURRENCY

Everything displayed on our website including international delivery costs are written in Australian Dollars ($AUD). You will be charged the Australian cost of shipping, the price will be converted to your countries currency when you are charged with your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

Free shipping thresholds only apply to the order after discount codes/credit notes have been applied and before shipping costs are added. The value of the items in your order (excluding shipping fee) must exceed the free shipping threshold in order to be eligible for free shipping.

NEW ZEALAND: $35.00 Flat Rate

US & CANADA: $45.00 Flat Rate

ASIA: $50.00 Flat Rate

EUROPE: $59.95 Flat Rate

 

CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES

All custom fees, taxes, duties and any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fees. 

Please be advised that Dolly Girl Fashion is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs. Please refer to your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

Please also note that if you decide to not pay customs taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Dolly Girl does not accept liability for lost orders. We only post orders to given addresses. 

Note: If Authority to Leave/Safe Drop/No Signature Required/Leave In A Safe Place has been selected, Dolly Girl Fashion and the courier company are both waived of any liability if the parcel is lost or stolen.
