Oh my god we're drooling already... Only about 10 minutes to make, and the taste is freaking incredible. It's getting super cold in Sydney so our comfort food cravings are running extremely high - it's guaranteed these s'mores will defs cure it. Only 3 ingredients and serves 2 peeps.



1 cup of chocolate chips

8 large marshmallows, or a bunch of mini marshmallows - enough to fill the skillet/ oven proof pan

Graham crackers, or 'digestive' biscuits for dipping



1. Preheat the oven to 230°C

2. In an iron skillet, add the chocolate chips. Cut the marshmallows in half and cover the chocolate chips with them, use mini marshmallows alternatively.

3. Once the oven has reached its temperature, put the skillet in the oven. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown.

4. Service with graham crackers/ digestive biscuits to dip!
