Please read through our returns policy carefully as you are agreeing to this when you are shopping with us.
We accept returns that are full price, we are unable to process exchanges however you will be issued with an e-store credit for your return (including purchases made with Afterpay). Store credit does not include any shipping fees. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect choice or incorrect sizing.
Please remember to contact us via email for a Returns Authorisation number before returning your item.
Please observe our policy as follows:
1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery as indicated on your tracking information, 30 days for international orders. Returns outside this period will be sent back to you and may require additional costs.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note, sale items, lingerie/intimates i.e. lace bodysuits, bralettes, and accessories i.e. jewellery, bikini, underwear,belts, scarves, bags, shoes, bras, silicon pads and hats, etc.
4. Store credit is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
5. Exchanges and returns for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department only and not in-store.
6. Returns that do not include an RA (Return Authorisation) number is not valid and will be immediately sent back.
7. We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as DGF is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
Our returns depeartment has the right to refuse a return or send it back to the address provided on the original order if the returned item/s does not meet the conditions above.
Orders purchased using AfterPay are issued with an e-credit note (no refund). Please continue your payments with AfterPay if necessary.
From time of purchase, you have 14 days to complete the returns process, please email us on email@example.com to help you process this return. Please note we will not cover shipping for returns. Please ensure the watch has not been worn, damaged in any way, contains no blemishes/bruises or signs of wear.
If you find a fault/defect on your item upon arrival, please email us some photos of the item so we can assess if it may be a manufacturers fault. We shall replace, repair or exchange the item for you. A full refund is allocated if we are unable to repair or replace the item. Please note that loose/excess threads and irregular prints/see through are not considered as a fault. Please read the description of each items carefully before purchasing.

Fill in the return form on the back of your sales invoice and include it with your package. Label the front of your parcel with your issued RA number. Parcels without an RA number labelled on it will be sent back.
Avoid long queues at the post office! Head to https://returns.auspost.com.au/dolly-girl-fashion to pay for return postage and create print labels.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns must include – returned item, original receipt with return form filled in and RA number labeled on parcel. It could take anywhere between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 3-5 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and issue you with store credit. Please note that the store credit will not be applied to the shipping fees.
Please note that all our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
