Refund policy

PLEASE READ THROUGH RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY AS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS WHEN YOU ARE SHOPPING WITH US.

 

E-credit notes are issued for eligible full priced items, we do not offer refunds for incorrect size, wrong choice or change of mind.

 

OUR POLICY

1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders. Returns outside this period will be sent back to you and may require additional costs.

2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged in any way, unstained (this includes fake tan, makeup, deodorant) and with all tags still attached. 

3. No returns or exchange for SALE ITEMS, lace bodysuits, bralettes, jewellery, bikini, underwear, belts, scarves, bags, shoes, bras, silicon pads and hats.

4. E-credit notes are only valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can only be used towards our online department, not in-stores.

5. Returns for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department and not in-stores.

6. Returns that do not include an RA (Return Authorisation) number are not valid and will be immediately sent back.

7. We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as DGF is not liable for any packages lost in transit. 

Our returns department reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our criteria. In this instance, the returned item will be returned to you at your OWN cost otherwise it will be donated/disposed of. Please be advised that the RTS (Return To Sender) fee costs $10.00 AUD.

 

CREDIT NOTES 

  • Credit notes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Credit notes cannot be used towards the shipping fee.
  • Free standard shipping is only applied if your order is payable at checkout for $150 after applying discounts, credit notes and any special codes 
  • We are unable to apply any discount codes or credit note codes to an order once it has been placed.

  

FAULTY ITEMS

If you find a fault/defect on your item upon arrival, please email us some photos of the item so we can assess if it may be a manufacturers fault. We shall replace, repair or exchange the item for you. A full refund is allocated if we are unable to repair or replace the item. Please note that loose/excess threads, irregular prints and see through fabric are not considered as faults. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.

Contact us at info@dollygirlfashion.com with the names of the items you are returning, you will be issued a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and return address. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
Fill in the return form on the back of your sales invoice and include it with your package. Label the front of your parcel with your issued RA number. Parcels without an RA number labelled on it will be sent back.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns must include – returned item, original receipt with return form filled in and RA number labeled on parcel. It could take anywhere between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 5 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and issue you with store credit. Please note that the store credit will not be applied to the shipping fees. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase. Contact us at info@dollygirlfashion.com to be issued a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and return address. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
Fill in the return form on the back of your sales invoice and include it with your package. Label the front of your parcel with your issued RA number. Packages without an RA number labelled on it will be sent back to you.

REMEMBER: Returns must include – returned item, original receipt with return form filled in and RA number labeled on parcel. International parcels may not get to us from 1-4 weeks depending on the service you use to return to us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 7 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and issue you with store credit. Please note that the store credit will not be applied to the shipping fees.
