How do I use my Coupon code or Credit note?
1. Place item/s into cart.
2. Navigate to 'View Cart'.
3. Enter code including the hashtag into 'DISCOUNT CODES' and click 'APPLY COUPON'.

Credit notes cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotional codes unless stated otherwise.
How do I use e-Giftvoucher?
1. Place item into cart.
2. Navigate to 'View Cart'
3. Enter code into 'GIFTCARD' and click 'APPLY GIFTCARD'
Did DGF receive confirmation of my order?
A confirmation email should be sent to your email address after you place an order. If you did not recieve this confirmation, There is no need to panic simply email us on email@example.com and our customer care team member will look after you. Usually it is a case of incorrect email address provided when placing the order :)
My Credit Note doesn't work!
In most cases, don't forget the #hashtag! Check your spelling and please be aware that credit notes expire 1 year from the date of issue. Credit notes cannot be used inconjunction with a coupon code. If you continue to experience any issues, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (02) 9727 9902 so we can resolve your issue straight away :)
My order is still 'Pending Review', has my order gone through?
After you’ve made a purchase and you receive an e-mail stating your order is ‘Pending Review’ even after a few days, don’t panic. This just means you’ve paid via e-cheque. Due to company policy, we must wait until the e-cheque clears via Paypal to send out your goods, it could take anywhere from 5-7 working days to clear.
I want to change my order!
If you want to cancel, take something out or add something to your order, contact us immediately on (02) 9727 9902 or email email@example.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your request however we will do our best.
Where on earth is my package?!
If your package is taking longer than the expected (outside of the estimate time frame stated in our shipping info), shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up for you.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (Please check your Junk Mail/ Spam Folder, as it may have been received in there). You can track your order here. If you have not received any email then please contact us via email.
The item I recieved is faulty?
Our Quality Control team double checks through all items before we send. In any rare case if you do receive a faulty item, faulty items are only replaced. Email us and include clear images of the fault and we will assist you accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Debit cards, American Express & Afterpay.
Who can use Afterpay?
Afterpay is only available for Australian customers only who are using Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase. Please refer to the link for further information- https://www.afterpay.com.au/terms/
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Unfortunately any sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. View our full exchange and refund policy here.
Can I return items purchased with Afterpay?
As long as its full price items, yes you can for an e-store credit. You shall continue to complete your payment with AfterPay.
What is considered a sale item?
Any item which has been marked with a lower price than the original price is considered a sale item. Any promo codes used on an order recieving more than 20% off is also considered a sale item.
I want to exchange/ return my item!
No problem. Check out our Exchange/Returns page for the process involved, or contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.
Can I return an item with no swing tag?
It is company policy that we only accept returned items if they are in their original and unworn condition. This is clearly stated in our Returns Policy.
How long will it take for me to recieve my store credit?
We process returns daily, so once you email us, we will respond within 1-2 business days. Credit notes are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing your credit note details when this process has occured.
What size am I?
If you’re concerned about the fit of an item, please refer to the size guide and model stats.
How tall are your models and what size are they wearing?
The height of our models ranges from 1.65m (5’5) and 1.72m (5’7). They are all wearing size 8 and the occasional size 6 (will be specified on the product description), Please refer to the size/ model guide.
