AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Receive FREE Express shipping on Australian orders over $75*!

Most orders to metro areas are delivered within 1-2 business days however please keep in mind that we have no control over the delivery times of the parcels once they have been collected by Australia Post.

During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our courier and can vary depending on your location/external factors. 

  

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - EXPRESS SHIPPING* ($8.95 Flat rate to all states) 

*Orders placed before 2pm local Sydney time are packed and shipped on the same business day, orders placed after 2pm local Sydney time are packed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be shipped the following business day. We do our best to process your order on time unless under rare circumstances there is a delay in your order. If this does occur, a customer service representative will send you a notification email to update you on your order status. 

 

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

NOTE: To prevent any postal delays, please ensure that you correctly fill in your shipping address details. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address may incur additional costs. 

Once your order has left our premise, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Dolly Girl Fashion is not responsible for any delays/losses caused by the shipping provider. Please note that the shipping guide is only an estimation - there may be some delays in having your order shipped out during high-volume or sale periods.

Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item along with other items, your order will not be shipped out, this includes orders with Express Post. Your order will be held at our warehouse until your pre-order item arrives (generally about 1-3 weeks). If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two separate purchases. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

We use DHL Express Worldwide for all international orders. Please note that we do not ship to PO BOX ADDRESS!

Delivery Time

Shipping may be extended due to many factors beyond our, and DHL’s control, such as – customs, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, and delivery to outside metro areas. Orders made on business days before 2pm local Sydney time will be packed and sent the same day unless there is a delay with your order. Orders placed after 2pm local Sydney time will be packed and sent the next business day.

We do not accept responsibility for any delays/losses caused by the shipping provider. However we will help you get your package as fast as possible.

Public Holidays

Please allow additional days for the processing of your order on public holidays as our customer service and dispatch centres are closed. 

Currency

Everything displayed on our website including international delivery costs are written in Australian Dollars ($AUD). You will be charged the Australian cost of shipping, the price will be converted to your countries currency when you are charged with your order.

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free shipping thresholds only apply to the order after discount codes/credit notes have been applied and before shipping costs are added. The value of the items in your order (excluding shipping fee) must exceed the free shipping threshold in order to be eligible for free shipping.

Customs Taxes & Duties

All custom fees, taxes, duties and any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fees. 

Please be advised that Dolly Girl Fashion is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

Please also note that if you decide to not pay customs taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Tracking Your International Order

DHL Express Worldwide allows you to track your international order. You will receive a tracking number and are provided six delivery options to best suit your schedule. Once posted, it is the customers' responsibility to arrange a delivery with DHL. Track your order here.

Lost Packages

Dolly Girl does not accept liability for lost orders. We only post orders to given addresses.
Note: If Authority to Leave/Safe Drop/No Signature required has been selected, Dolly Girl Fashion and the courier company are both waived of any liability if the parcel is lost or stolen.
